We do not perform booking services or interact directly with guests or renters. By accessing our Website or engaging our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.
1. Services Provided
Lima Cleaning Corp provides professional cleaning services for vacation rental properties in Southern Alabama, exclusively for properties managed by property managers. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and sanitizing vacation rental properties between guest stays.
- Coordinating with property managers to schedule cleaning services.
- Providing linens, towels, or other cleaning-related supplies, if agreed upon in advance.
We do not engage in booking vacation rentals or managing guest interactions. We reserve the right to modify the scope of our cleaning services at any time, with notice provided to clients via email or our Website.
2. Eligibility
To engage our cleaning services or use our Website, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a owner, property manager or authorized business contact with the authority to arrange cleaning services for vacation rental properties.
- Provide accurate information, including name, phone number, email address, company name, designation, and location, as required to coordinate cleaning services.
We do not provide services to guests, renters, or individuals not affiliated with property management.
3. Service Requests and Scheduling
- Service Requests: Cleaning services must be requested by property managers via phone, email, or our Website’s contact form. We do not accept requests from guests or renters.
- Scheduling: We will coordinate with property managers to schedule cleaning services based on property availability and our availability. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred times but cannot guarantee specific time slots.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us at (251) 923-9744 or contact@limacleaningcorp.com. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- Access: Property managers must provide accurate property access information (e.g., lockbox codes or key locations). We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to incorrect or inaccessible access information.
4. Payment Terms
- Fees: Service fees will be agreed upon in advance and provided in a written quote or invoice. Fees may vary based on property size, cleaning requirements, or additional services.
- Payment: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via secure third-party payment processors. We do not store payment information.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance or the maximum allowed by Alabama law, whichever is lower.
- Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion if services are not performed as agreed, provided you notify us within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
5. Client Responsibilities
Property managers agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information to facilitate cleaning services, including property access details and cleaning requirements.
- Ensure the property is safe and accessible for our cleaning staff.
- Notify us of any hazards (e.g., damaged property, unsafe conditions) before cleaning begins.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the property and its use.
6. Limitations of Liability
- Service Scope: We are responsible only for cleaning services as agreed with property managers. We are not liable for property management, rental bookings, guest-related issues, or any activities outside our cleaning services.
- Damage or Loss: We exercise reasonable care during cleaning but are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties (e.g., guests). Our liability for any damage directly caused by our staff is limited to the cost of the cleaning service or $500, whichever is lower, unless otherwise required by law.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including text, logos, images, and design, is owned by Lima Cleaning Corp or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
8. Website Use
